I sometimes enjoy the process of working in a series, or with a theme. Having some parameters to work within can be helpful in focusing my many ideas. On an overcast day there is a soft blanket of light, as the sun is filtered through the stratus cloud layer. It’s a saturated and subtle kind of light that I enjoy depicting with paintings like this.” -Steven Kozar
