Signed and numbered limited-edition giclee print of an original watercolor painting on 100% cotton paper. Image size is approximately 21″ x 15.5″ (when matted, this will fit a standard-sized 30″ x 24″ frame). There are only 195 prints in the edition; once the last one is sold, they will never be available again.
“This scene I discovered driving home from Plain, WI (where I captured the painting ‘View from St. Anne’s Hill’). It was a typical warm summer evening, with a lot of humidity, which accentuates the ‘atmospheric perspective’ I enjoy capturing. As objects get farther away, they become lighter and cooler in color (more blue). Next time you go for a drive in the country, I promise you’ll notice this effect if you look for it.
