“This is one of the beautiful stone bridges in Madison’s Tenney Park. I’ve wanted to paint this for a while now, and I’m really glad I waited as long as I did. To achieve this level of precise detail, I sanded the painting panel very smooth, and I thinned the oil paint more than I ever have before, using a special medium for detail. The effect of dramatic sunlight at dusk is my favorite part, and oil paint works particularly well for capturing that. Enjoy!” -Steven Kozar
